Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with company
goals.
Manage and create content for platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram Twitter
Facebook and YouTube.
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce engaging graphics
videos and campaigns.
Increase brand visibility and drive engagement through organic and paid campaigns.
Monitor social media trends tools applications and best practices to keep content
fresh and relevant.
Analyze key metrics prepare monthly reports and suggest improvements.
Handle online reputation management and community engagement.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Mass Communication or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts
preferably for an IT or tech company.
Proficiency in tools like Canva Buffer Hootsuite Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn
Campaign Manager.
Strong knowledge of current social media trends best practices and algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve performance.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation through social channels.
Basic knowledge of SEO email marketing and content promotion.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics HubSpot or Sprout Social.
