1. Cross-Functional Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Partner with hiring managers across all departments especially Engineering Product and IT to understand and forecast hiring needs.
- Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for both tech and non-tech roles aligning with the organization s workforce plan.
- Provide market insights and support headcount planning in collaboration with the OD team.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Lead recruitment for tech roles (e.g. software engineers data analysts DevOps) as well as roles in business operations sales marketing and HR.
- Facilitate structured interviews and help teams assess both technical and cultural fit.
3. Tech Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub and niche platforms to source high-caliber tech candidates.
- Build and maintain active pipelines of both technical and business talent for future hiring needs.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and long-term relationship building.
4. Recruitment Tools Reporting & Analytics
- Utilize ATS and HR systems to track recruitment activities and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill source of hire offer acceptance) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
- Recommend improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in human resources business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment focusing on tech hiring.
- Proven success hiring for both technical and non-technical roles in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter ATS GitHub Stack Overflow).
- Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
