Your role will vary between projects according to experience skillset development plan and client needs but our engagements always have one thing in common: you will play a key role in bringing to life some of the most innovative transformations for iconic and pioneering global businesses with roots in Denmark and the Nordics.
Your Impact
We seek dynamic professionals with a proven track record in managing complex transformation projects strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
Your core responsibilities will typically be:
- Leading workstreams or smaller projects within programmes or enterprise-level portfolios
- Designing setting up and running PMO functions supporting large-scale transformations
- Managing key stakeholders to enhance our understanding of client needs and build lasting relationships
- Continuously aligning project delivery with enterprise strategies and vice-versa
- Driving core project management activities including planning reporting resource management risk management budgeting financial management etc.
You will also play a key role in developing the Major Programmes practice as we constantly strive for the cutting-edge within our core capabilities industry insights and collaboration within Deloitte globally.

Qualifications :
All curious and passionate candidates are encouraged to apply. Our team consists of people with several different professional educational and personal backgrounds and when it comes to diversity the more the merrier. To be successful in the role we expect that you:
- Have 2-5 years of work experience in project management preferably from another consultancy or a large organization and within IT or business transformation.
- Experience with large-scale technology transformation.
- Hold a masters degree we are not picky about your field of study as long as you can demonstrate its value.
- Can lead smaller teams taking charge of driving high quality and on-time delivery.
- Project management certifications such as PRINCE2 or SAFe are an advantage but not required.
- Have permission to live and work in Denmark.
