Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading SPL and export control process automation initiatives and increasing process efficiencies within the global foreign trade organization.
  • Serving as the interface between foreign trade governance user departments and the central process development team (e.g. IT process owner and manager).
  • Leading & coordinating the deployment of solutions within SAP GTS.
  • Collecting and documenting business requirements and supporting their integration into SAP GTS.
  • Coordinating tests trainings migration and go-live preparation including post-go-live support and defect resolution/process adjustment/improvement.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role ideally with a strong background in leading significant projects or initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience with SAP GTS including its integration into SD/MM/FI.
  • Master Diploma in Business Accounting Controlling Economics IT or a similar domain.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills straightforward reliable and target-oriented.
  • Well-organized with a willingness to adopt a user perspective and a strong ability and desire to understand processes in detail.
  • Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in global projects or involvement in strategic digital transformation projects such as S4.
  • Proven process management experience in foreign trade combined with IT know-how.
  • Passion for pioneering new approaches and interacting with people.
  • Enthusiasm for easy-to-use software solutions (GTS and third-party software).
  • Broader process understanding encompassing end-to-end (E2E) process thinking.
  • German language skills (spoken and written) would be considered an asset.
