Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat for Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Assist with product inquiries troubleshooting and general customer issues.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and follow up on requests.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver seamless support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required we will provide full training.
