Job Summary

Title: SAP Convergent Invoicing

Overview: SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) is a core component of the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) suite. It enables the consolidation of billing data from multiple sources such as SD billing CRM billing and external systems into a single invoice. CI integrates tightly with FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) to manage financial postings dunning and payment processing

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Management: Oversee the implementation of the Convergent Mediation system ensuring it processes the lifecycle of a four-step lifecycle from data processing to convergent invoicing FICA and FIGL.

Strong understanding of CI (Convergent Invoicing) and integration with FICA

Experience of Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects (Workflows Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms)

Provide training and documentation for end users and support teams.

Skilled in the end-to-end implementation installation and configuration of SAP BRIM Solution Order Management (SOM) within S/4HANA Service and CRM environments effectively integrating with Convergent Invoicing (CI) modules.

Knowledge on integration of CI with 3rd Party Financial API like Vertex through Mulesoft

WRICEF Development: Prepare functional specifications for Workflows Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements and Forms

Integration: Work with third-party financial APIs (e.g. Vertex) via middleware like Mulesoft

Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with O2C teams PSPs and finance stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in financial services payment processing or a related field. Experience with Convergent Invoicing systems is highly desirable.

Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the EEA and US and experience with BRIM FICA and FIGL systems.

Strong expertise in SAP BRIM especially CI and FI-CA modules.

Experience in Subscription Billing Provider Contracts and Master Agreements

Familiarity with regulatory compliance in EEA and US financial environments

Agile methodology experience including JIRA Sprint Planning and Release Management
