Job Summary

Issue PID for all project by gathering information from relevant engineer;
Define Design Pressure of all circuit;
Define deriming procedure of plant;
Define and size the utilities network (IA NS);
Issue piping list;
Define the major protection loop on the PID;
Check and approve sub-suppliers PID;
Support the site commissioning;
Support as required machine specialist and the proposal of machine;
Attend the review meeting with related professionals (PFD PID freeze clients etc).
Ensure that projects are all designed in compliance with the expected safety reliability and performance;
Coach and support the team members on technical issues when needed;
Bachelor degree or above majored in chemical engineering chemical mechanic automation or cryogenic relevant;
Working experience in ASU process design process control and commissioning of which at least 5 years of experience in chemical industrial design and management;
Wide knowledge of chemical process design chemical industrial process instrumentation control process machines metal material and standards etc.;
ASU process design and process control experience is appreciated;
Familiar with PID execution and management;
Familiar with Microsoft Office software Microstation Smartplant and Smartsketch etc. and basic calculation with excel tools;
Positive good communication and open-minded individual;
Good English.
