What will I be doing

As an HR Executive - People & Culture you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the companys values and business goals including the following key responsibilities:

• Responsible for ranking and filing team member talent acquisitions.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of new hires.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.

• Participate in cooperation with schools colleges and universities.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing channels (job boards social media employee referrals networking events).

• Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments and interviews ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• Partner with HR and business leaders to drive employee engagement and culture initiatives including organizing events recognition programs and communication campaigns.

• Support compliance with labor laws company policies and diversity and inclusion goals.

• Maintain confidentiality at all timesand strict practice of office lock-up and information security.

• Assist in organizing team member activities and communication meetings.

• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
