DescriptionThe Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates coordinating interviews managing applicant tracking systems and delivering a positive candidate experience. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in human resources talent strategy or organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting screening resumes scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and internal support teams.
- Source candidates via several recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and internal databases.
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and reference checks when necessary
- Participate in team meetings.
QualificationsThe Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
- Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized detail-oriented and proactive.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Passion for people and recruitment with a keen interest in learning about talent acquisition processes.
- Able to commit for 6 months.
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident are encouraged to apply.
