In this role you will:
Support permit applications contractor registrations and inspection scheduling
Assist with Planning & Zoning meetings and community development initiatives
Help coordinate with developers businesses and stakeholders to support local growth
Track project timelines and ensure an efficient development review process
Provide top-notch customer service to residents contractors and city partners
Contribute to grant research planning projects and resilience efforts
What Were Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy
Collaborative team player with excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with permitting software a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Public Administration Planning or related field preferred
ICC Permit Technician Certification a plus
