Job Description

Interim Accounts Payable (AP) Manager
The project timeline spans a minimum of18 months.
Pay: $60-$65/hr.

Were seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP team drive process improvements and ensure the accurate efficient and compliant handling of all payables within our healthcare organization. Youll manage day-to-day AP operations oversee vendor relationships implement best practices and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and financial integrity.

The Interim AP Manager willlead a 10-person AP teamhandling approximately 15000 invoices per month oversee process improvements support ongoing automation initiatives and ensure operational stability during and after the transition. The role requires strong leadership hands-on problem-solving and the ability to evaluate staff performance for readiness to adapt to new technologies. Experience in large high-volume AP environments is essential.
The position Is on a hybrid schedule- 3 days in office. Candidates must be comfortable committing to the full project duration and working closely with both the client and KPMGsimplementation team.

What Were Looking For:
Bachelors in Accounting Finance or related field
7 years of AP experience with strong leadership skills
ERP & advanced Excel expertise
Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills
Experience in a large high-volume environment
