Were looking for a Quality Systems Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations at our Crystal Springs facility. This is more than a jobits a chance to shape quality systems that drive innovation efficiency and excellence in transformer manufacturing. How Youll Make an Impact
Lead and mentor quality control technicians to uphold high standards.
Oversee quality assurance procedures and ensure compliance with specifications.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using quality engineering tools.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality processes and test results in SAP.
Report quality metrics and communicate performance insights to leadership.
Conduct audits and inspections to verify process compliance.
Support cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and capability.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
Associate degree in Electrical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
5 years of experience in engineering manufacturing or quality.
Familiarity with transformer manufacturing and IEC/IEEE standards preferred.
Proficient in SAP and MS Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
