About the Role:
The Business Development Manager is the primary business contact for customers within their assigned set of accounts and serves as the customer advocate the voice of the customer. This role is responsible for managing and growing accounts and will work closely with the Element US Space and Defense test facilities to ensure that customer needs are met. They will develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction that will solidify Element US Space and Defense position as vendor of choice for future work.
