Position Overview
The Treasury Implementation Officer serves as the work director for the Electronic Banking team overseeing daily processes and playing a pivotal role in Treasury Implementations by performing callbacks and ensuring successful client onboarding. This position acts as a utility across all Electronic Banking functions offering broad support and helping maintain the integrity and efficiency of internal collaboration with the Electronic Banking Manager the Officer assists in completing certifications and conducting regular monitoring of reports and procedures.
The Electronic Banking department provides responsive and reliable support through telephone email and secure messaging. The department helps facilitate services such as Online banking and cash management enrollments and maintenance. The team also provides support and training to clients for services related to ACH origination processing remote deposit capture online banking enrollments bill pay wire origination and mobile banking services.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide the highest quality of internal and external customer service
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of banking rules regulations laws and all policies and procedures pertaining to them including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act
- Routinely manages the most complex or escalated requests that require a higher level of expertise and experience
- Perform escalate and expedite treasury product implementation within assigned SLAs with a focus on expediting revenue generation
- Perform callback on work performed within Electronic Banking and Treasury Implementations while documenting and communicating gaps in knowledge or process
- Ensure processes in Electronic Banking are completed within established SLA and quality tolerances
- Respond to or coordinate response to messaging received through the bank website or online banking
- Execute any electronic banking request in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of compliance with all laws
- Implement train and support in the following areas: remote deposit capture mobile deposit capture mobile banking consumer online banking cash management services bill pay services positive pay E-Statements Interbank transfers online tax payments and other developing services or channels
- Perform electronic banking transaction screening for fraud etc. through core-provided or other tools
- Assist in testing and validating all new products
- In the absence of the Electronic Banking Manager Treasury Implementation Officer will step in to managers assigned duties including but not limited to Q2 Case portal management reporting and handle escalated customer service issues
- Must complete all training modules by established due dates
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this position the employee is in regular communication is required to use various tools or objects and have the mobility to move about the office. The employee occasionally lifts and/or moves objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day with very rarely out-of-the-area and overnight travel expected. Employee must possess a valid drivers license and transportation to visit client sites and other branches.
Required Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of operational or electronic banking experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- Specialized training or information technology experience
