Job Title: RN Case Manager $67.50/hr OT $100.50/hr 32-Week Contract Santa Fe NM
Company: Santa Fe Service Unit (PHS Indian Hospital)
Location: Santa Fe NM (Remote Reservation Area Housing Options Limited)
Job Type: Contract 32 Weeks (Possible Extension)
- Provide case management support for ambulatory clinics and hospitalized patients including complex medical geriatric surgical pediatric obstetric gynecologic and trauma cases.
- Coordinate and arrange durable medical equipment for patients.
- Collaborate with external case managers and social workers.
- Manage care for primarily un-resourced patients with some resourced cases.
- Assist in other duty sections when needed.
- Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Days: Includes weekends & federal holidays (No on-call)
- Contract: 32 weeks possible extension
- Pay Rate: $67.50/hour
- OT Rate: $100.50/hour
- 1 year as an RN Case Manager OR 3 years as an RN.
- Minimum of 3 years in the nursing profession.
- Licensure: Valid unencumbered RN license from any U.S. state.
- Required Certifications: BLS PALS.
- Preferred Certifications: ACLS NRP TNCC CNOR.
- Graduate of a state-accredited nursing program.
- This is an agency contract role you will be working on Aroha Technologies payroll.
- The facility is in a remote reservation area; limited housing available confirm before applying.
- Must be available for weekends and federal holidays as scheduled.
