Job Title: Family Law Litigation Paralegal

Client a premier law firm located in Brandon FL is seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Paralegal to join our dedicated legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting attorneys through all stages of family law litigation-from case inception to trial-while providing compassionate and professional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities-
Draft and prepare pleadings petitions discovery requests/responses and correspondence

Maintain communication and build rapport with clients court staff and attorneys
-
Organize maintain and manage case files
-
Prepare exhibits trial notebooks and related materials for hearings depositions mediations and trials
-
Track case deadlines and assist attorneys in managing litigation workflow
-
Coordinate with legal staff to ensure cases progress efficiently
-
Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in family law litigation

Proficiency in:
-
Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
-
Adobe Acrobat Pro
-
Family Law Software Inc. (for financial affidavits)

E-filing systems and legal billing software
-

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Professional demeanor and client-focused approach

Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Clean copy of Florida Drivers License
