Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is under the general supervision of the Director Maintenance and Central Plant and is responsible for supervising carpenters painters and maintenance workers as well as other trades in the absence of other Supervisors. Employee is expected to have strong organizational and time management skills and display natural leadership and communication skills. Austin Peay State University is a four-year public doctoral-level university with six colleges and four Chairs of Excellence. The University has an enrollment of over 10000 students and is located in Clarksville Tennessee a community of an estimated 180000 people located approximately 40 miles northwest of Nashville TN.
