Were currently undergoing a major digital transformation and seeking a Senior Technical Reinsurance Accountant to join our Finance team a key role in ensuring operational excellence and driving innovation within our accounting processes.

We deliver accurate reporting drive operational efficiency and support major initiatives such as digital transformation and regulatory compliance. Within this team the Accounting & Tax function ensures that our financial operations are robust compliant and future-ready.

Your Mission

You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our reinsurance accounting operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Contributing to monthly and quarterly closings through the accurate preparation of reinsurance statements

• Supporting the implementation of a new reinsurance operational tool

• Ensuring correct accounting entries in Sage including data reconciliation and payment follow-up

• Collaborating closely with the Cash Manager brokers and reinsurers

• Driving continuous improvement in reporting and reconciliation processes

• Contributing to risk mitigation via internal controls and compliance checks

What You Bring

• A Masters degree (Bac5) in accounting finance or related fields

• Experience in insurance or reinsurance accounting auditing or consulting

• Strong knowledge of reinsurance mechanisms and accounting flows

• Proficiency with financial tools and data reconciliation

• Interest in finance transformation and digital tools

• Fluent in French; English proficiency is a strong plus
