The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the organizations treasury functions including cash management liquidity planning and short-term investments. This role will ensure optimal cash flow compliance with financial policies and support strategic financial decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash management global cash forecasting and liquidity planning to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards on cash positions liquidity and treasury metrics.
- Oversee opening closing and maintenance of domestic and international bank accounts.
- Drive and deliver continuous improvement and cash management best practices in processes and procedures within the Treasury function.
- Monitor and manage the companys cash positions and short-term investments.
- Manage corporate financing arrangements including the global debt portfolios debt and interest payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls policies and procedures in treasury operations.
- Support internal cash reporting requirements for cash and debt activity and schedules for annual and quarterly statements.
- Help with auditing processes and compliance tracking.
- Manage wire and ACH payments through online banking portals and related reporting.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX KYC AML) related to treasury activities.
- Provide central support for ad-hoc treasury needs.
- Analyze monthly bank fees and ensure pricing is managed.
- Manage annual FBAR reporting.
- Assist in leading and developing the treasury team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
- 5 years of experience in treasury finance or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of cash management financial instruments banking practices and risk management.
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should possess excellent communication skills. Effective listening skills with strong decision-making abilities necessary.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and be detailed oriented.
- Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Candidate must be well groomed and professional.
