Job Description

Human Resources Specialist

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR professional ready to make a significant impact Our client is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join their dynamic team and play a key role in attracting retaining and developing our people! Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager youll be instrumental in shaping recruiting strategies and supporting essential HR initiatives. If youre passionate about creating a positive employee experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

As our Human Resources Specialist youll be at the forefront of the talent acquisition and HR support efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Recruitment Success: Coordinate recruitment from posting and sourcing to screening offers and onboarding ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • HR Administration & Support: Maintain accurate employee records manage attendance support performance reviews and assist with leave of absence administration and benefit issues.
  • Employee Engagement & Development: Gather feedback from new employees conduct exit interviews assess training needs and foster a positive work environment across all locations.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers cross-train with other departments and proactively identify areas for process improvement.
  • Company Culture & Events: Play a key role in planning and developing company events.

What Youll Bring:

Were looking for someone who is not only skilled but also embodies excellent core values. To succeed in this role youll need:

  • An Associates degree in a related field and at least 5 years of proven Human Resources experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • The ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent judgment critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented approach a positive attitude a strong work ethic and a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
No relocation is available - looking for commutable candidates.
