Global Ministries connects the church in mission through the sending of missionaries evangelism and church revitalization disaster response and recovery led by the United Methodist Committee on Relief and global health.
About the Role:
The AV/IT Help Desk Specialist provides tier 1 and tier 2 technology support and serves as the lead for in-house audio/visual (AV) needs including setup troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. This role is responsible for supporting AV for meetings and events assisting with IT equipment use and ensuring smooth functioning of hardware software and network-related systems for Global Ministries staff. The position is hybrid and reports to the Senior Director of IT.
