The Prime Air Marketing team is seeking a Sr. Social Media Manager to plan develop execute and optimize compelling campaigns to drive awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge and analytical expertise. They will work autonomously and be seen as an expert in their field. They will demonstrate experience in managing complex cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders including directors and VPs. They will be comfortable experimenting and owning a social roadmap that is flexible adapting to meet the needs of our customers and business.
Key job responsibilities - Set vision and annual social media strategies for Prime Air including campaign level social briefs to execution oversight including our paid and organic social media efforts across Meta Instagram LinkedIn and other channels.
- Serve as subject matter expert on social media best practices and emerging trends to ensure Prime Air remains best in class in social strategy and execution including agile production capabilities.
- Bring proven creative analytical and strategic capabilities to imagine develop plan implement and optimize compelling campaigns that deliver resultsthinking strategically and executing flawlessly.
- Work with internal creative partners to deliver the best-in-class campaigns and content to our customers. Comfortable being a hands-on content creator where necessary.
- Identify new opportunities to drive awareness and brand engagement based on evolving customer and cultural trends
- Own social marketing metrics goals and KPIs to measure and track business result to the leadership team and broader organization

- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) - 6 years of developing and managing social media campaigns for a Fortune 500 brand - Experience working directly with senior leadership to create compelling content and communicating results - Experience building and developing partnerships with influencers and internal teams
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
