Job Description

With a network of over 200 educators our mission is to create a lasting positive impact on future are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Manager to manage our Massachusetts team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staff development coaching employee performance management financial oversight client satisfaction and the delivery of high-quality educational services. You will possess exceptional communication and listening skills excel in managing dynamic environments and demonstrate strong conflict resolution capabilities. As a leader you will inspire your teams professional growth be resourceful adaptable and exhibit strong critical thinking skills. Key Responsibilities:Oversee 6 hospital accounts and their regular meetings with direct reports to ensure alignment and with the HR team to ensure consistent staffing across hospital positive customer relations with hospital and school district financial analysis of each hospital account and ensure revenue goals are compliance with company policies and collaboratively with senior management to achieve strategic a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the :Bachelors Degree requiredMA ME or NH State Teaching LicenseWillingness to travel up to 50% throughout the of 3 years of experience in an operations management roleAbility to perform well under pressure take initiative and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to leadership communication and interpersonal -based bonus
