Job Description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

As an Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the maintenance troubleshooting and technical support of cryogenic bulk installations including customer storage tanks filling stations vaporizers pumps and semi-trailers. Your role ensures the reliable and safe operation of cryogenic equipment compliance with safety and regulatory standards and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Maintenance Operations:

  • Implement the CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system).

  • Ensure that the warehousing is effective to fulfill maintenance planning needs by reviewing and updating spare parts availability.

  • Plan the annual maintenance activities with the maintenance manager according to the operation schedule and stoppage durations.

- Build Maintenance Budget

- Ensure Industrial Management System is implemented and effective in maintenance Operations

- Define the process improvement objectives and related strategies

- Team Development

- Manage mechanical modifications and prepare technical study for MOC approvals.

- Engage in customer awareness campaigns

- Support Facilities during the audits

Are you a MATCH

- Engineering degree in Electromechanical Mechanical or Electric.

- 5 to 7 years of experience

- Strong Safety knowledge

- Solid experience with mechanical systems: pumps compressors rotating equipment piping. In addition to basic Electrical systems knowledge.

OR

Strong understanding of electrical systems basic instrumentation and control systems principles. In addition to basic mechanical systems knowledge.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings P&IDs and wiring diagrams.

- Technical understanding of gas physics and production processes.

- Knowledge in Cryogenic and High pressure equipment.

- Troubleshooting analysis skills.

- Driving License is a must
