Job Description
Summary
As a Water/Wastewater Project Manager you will be responsible for planning executing and closing water and wastewater construction projects efficiently and on schedule. You will oversee all aspects of project management including budgeting resource allocation subcontractor coordination and ensuring that projects meet quality and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent communication with clients ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope budget schedule and resource allocation in collaboration with the project team
- Manage financial aspect of contracts including fee payment rental equipment income/expenses to protect the companys interest
- Plan organize and staff key field positions through the Regional Operations Manager and/or General Superintendent
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the water and wastewater construction industry with a minimum of 5 years
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure systems including treatment plants pipelines and distribution networks
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
