Job Description
Location: Indiana State Police On-site
Pay Rate: XXXX
Schedule: Monday Friday 7am 3pm or 8am 4pm (30-min unpaid lunch)
Support the Indiana State Police Expungement team by answering calls processing expungement orders and updating criminal records.
Key Duties:-
Answer calls and direct to website email or correct department

Pick up and deliver mail

Review court expungement orders and match with records

Update records in CHRIS system as per Indiana Code

Communicate with courts FBI and internal teams
-
Organize documents and maintain records
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Paralegal certificate or 1 year similar experience
-
Basic computer skills
-
At least 18 years old
-
Good communication and attention to detail
-
Experience handling confidential info (preferred)

Must pass drug and background check
-
On-site interview required

Must follow attendance and approval policies
