Job Description
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services including virtual machines containers networking and databases.
- Experience in designing implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Jenkins or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform ARM templates for automating infrastructure deployment.
- Experience in migration of applications from on-prem to Azure Cloud
- Expertise in version control systems recommended is Git
- Strong Python and Bash scripting skills for automating tasks and processes.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights for performance and reliability management.
- Understanding security best practices including RBAC Azure Policy and managing secrets with tools like Azure Key Vault
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development operations and security teams with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Team Player with positive attitude

Job Summary
The Technical Specialist in DevOps Solutions specializing in Azure DevOps is responsible for overseeing the implementation maintenance and enhancement of DevOps processes and solutions using Azure DevOps. The role involves collaborating with cross functional teams to streamline software development and deployment processes aiming to improve efficiency quality and speed in delivering software solutions. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement devops strategies utilizing azure devops tools and services.
2. Automate software development testing deployment and monitoring processes.
3. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and efficient delivery of software products.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build deployment and release processes.
5. Implement security measures within the devops pipeline to ensure data protection and compliance.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on devops best practices.
7. Continuously evaluate and improve devops practices to enhance overall system performance and reliability.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in azure devops tools and services.
2. Strong understanding of ci/cd pipelines and their implementation using azure devops.
3. Experience with infrastructure as code (iac) tools like terraform or arm templates.
4. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as docker and kubernetes.
5. Familiarity with scripting languages like powershell bash or python.
6. Ability to work in an agile environment and apply agile principles to devops practices.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Certifications: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification is preferred.
