Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Registered Nurse - Emergency Room. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: St Johnsbury VT 05819
Assignment Start Date: 7/28/2025
13 weeks Varied 12-hour shift 36 hours/week guaranteed
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please get in touch with a recruiter for full details.The ED RN position provides direct care evaluates outcomes consults with other specialties as required and adjusts the nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care. Working well under pressure our RNs collaborate with other health team members to coordinate medical and nursing management of patient care. Our knowledgeable and passionate RNs continuously learn and grow within their roles. RNs must be able to learn quickly and be proactive team members. Our rural ED has nine beds and a 4-bed mental health support area and sees over 14k patients per year. We prioritize holistic care ensuring that patients age physiological spiritual psychosocial and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. You will be accountable to the Nursing Director and work closely with the Nursing Supervisor during your shift fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years ER RN experience.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Must have a current Vermont RN or multi-state licensure
- BLS/BCLS and ACLS are required.
- PALS is required.
- TNCC preferred.
EMR System: Must be familiar with or able to learn Meditech quickly
Shift: Nights 3 12-hour shifts per week. 7 pm - 7 am
**Orientation will be the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month**
** Credentialing must be uploaded no later than 5 business days before the travelers start. Any delay in credentialing will result in a delayed start date.
