About the Role: and nbsp;
We are seeking compassionate reliable Home Health Aides to provide essential in-home care services to clients across Rochester. You will play a key role in supporting daily living activities maintaining client safety and promoting independence. and nbsp;
Responsibilities: and nbsp;
Assist with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toileting and nbsp;
Support mobility needs such as transferring and repositioning and nbsp;
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation and nbsp;
Prepare meals and ensure nutritional guidelines are followed
Perform light housekeeping (laundry dishes general tidying) and nbsp;
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior and nbsp;
Follow care plans and document daily activities and observations and nbsp;
Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance and nbsp;
and nbsp;Qualifications: and nbsp;
Current New York State HHA certification required and nbsp;
High school diploma or GED preferred and nbsp;
1 year of home care or healthcare experience preferred and nbsp;
CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain and nbsp;
Strong communication skills and attention to detail and nbsp;
and nbsp; Reliable transportation; valid drivers license preferred and nbsp;
Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with physical tasks as needed and nbsp;
