Responsibilities:
Consultant works in partnership with clients advising them on information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems work to improve structure and efficiency of an organizations I and amp;IT systems. The consultant will provide strategic guidance to organizations with regard to Information Management and amp; IT technology IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT application.
The and nbsp;Services and nbsp;and and nbsp;Deliverables and nbsp;to be provided by the consultant include the following:
- Analyze Client Requirements and provide recommended solution options.
- Update Architecture Artefacts Functional and amp; Technical Design Artefacts for the HAACMS Solution as required.
- Administration and amp; Management of Changes in the and nbsp;Cloud Based Environment(s) Development (DEV) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Production (PROD)
- Design Configure and Implement end to end and nbsp;Sustainment / Minor Enhancements and nbsp;for and nbsp;Public Portal for Application Intake (English and amp; French). This will include the following:
- User Access and Profile Management for Individuals and amp; Organizations
- Role Based Data Access Control
- Authentication and Authorization Integration for Public Users (External) and amp; Ontario Public Service Users (Internal)
- Application Status and History Management
- Application Web Forms
- Document Management (Upload Download and amp; Virus Scanning) and nbsp;
- Support modern browser(s) mobile and amp; tablet device(s)
- Create Review and amp; Respond to Service Request(s) and nbsp; and nbsp;
- Design Configure and Implement end to end and nbsp;Sustainment / Minor Enhancements and nbsp;for and nbsp;Public Portal for Selection Committee Members (English and amp; French). This will include the following:
- User Access and Profile Management
- Authentication and Authorization Integration for Public Users (External) and amp; Ontario Public Service (OPS) Users (Internal)
- Access to the application Form(s) and Documentation
- Provide score for candidates application; Provide/Review comments to/from Selection Committee Members
- Limited Access to review application details
- Support modern browser(s) and mobile/tablet device(s)
- Design Configure and Implement end to end and nbsp;Sustainment / Minor Enhancements and nbsp;for and nbsp;Case Management System. This will include the following:
- Case Management Life Cycle Management
- Role Based Data Access Control
- Email Management
- Correspondence Management
- Document Generation (Certificates Letters etc.)
- Event Management (Planned Ceremonies Invites Attendees Assignment etc.) and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;
- Migrate the existing data to the new solution database
- Create Review and amp; Respond to Service Request(s)
- Dashboard
- Design Configure and Implement end to end and nbsp;Sustainment / Minor Enhancements and nbsp;for and nbsp;SharePoint Online for Document Management.
- Systems Integration
- Design Configure and Implement end to end and nbsp;Sustainment / Minor Enhancements and nbsp;for and nbsp;Integration with OPS Service(s). This will include the following:
- Postal Code (PC) Lookup
- Microsoft Office 365
- Identity Authentication and amp; Authorization (IAA) Solutions
- Data Upload (Realtime/Batch) from External System(s)
- SharePoint Online
- Power BI
- Email
- Design Configure and Implement end to end and nbsp;Sustainment / Minor Enhancements and nbsp;for and nbsp;Microsoft Power BI for Dashboard and Reporting (Transactional and amp; Analytical).
- Testing and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Contribute to the Quality Assurance Activities
- Collaborate and Coordinate with all Project Stakeholders involved to ensure smooth and timely completion of Project Activities/Deliverables
- Systems Deployment Operations and Management
- Provide Packaging Deployment and Migration Strategy for all 3 Cloud Based Environment(s)
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer Session(s) for the Internal Project Team
In this position the responsibilities will also include:
- Providing hands on design implementation and configuration of solution compliant with and nbsp;OPS Digital Accessibility Standard (ODAS)
- Produce design documents for all assigned deliverables related to maintenance releases.
- Contribute to and Participate in non-development/configuration activities namely but not limited to documentation updates presentations testing plan development.
- All Other Tasks as assigned by the Cluster Manager Project Manager and amp; Technical Lead.
