Kohe Café is a premium experience-driven café in Hyderabad known for its thoughtfully curated menu warm hospitality and stylish ambiance. We are now hiring an experienced Café Manager to lead operations ensure exceptional customer experiences and bring a warm professional energy to our front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the café including staff supervision scheduling inventory hygiene and customer service.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen service and management teams.
Maintain high service standards managing both dine-in and takeaway experiences.
Lead train and motivate the café staff to ensure excellent guest interactions and teamwork.
Monitor customer feedback handle queries and complaints gracefully and continuously improve service quality.
Work with chefs and owners on menu planning pricing and presentation.
Maintain control of operating expenses stock and supplies while maximizing efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards.
Represent the brand with a pleasant personality strong communication and a professional demeanor.
Candidate Requirements
7 years of experience managing fine cafés boutique coffee shops or premium hospitality outlets.
Strong understanding of café operations menu planning and customer service excellence.
Exceptional communication skills in English and local languages.
A pleasant well-groomed personality with leadership presence and customer empathy.
Strong organizational team management and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
