Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Load/Unload team member to assist with glass handling and furnace operations in a manufacturing environment. This Load/Unload position requires physical stamina basic measurement skills and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards on the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
Load and unload glass onto and from the furnace
Read and interpret tape measures accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Job Requirements
Previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
