We are looking for an exceptional Recruitment & HR Manager to help us build this powerhouse team from the ground up including editors animators developers social media experts virtual assistants and more.
This is not a routine HR role it is a strategic leadership position for someone ready to own recruitment people operations and team culture at an international standard.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Build the hiring pipeline for our Lahore office (10 roles initially)
Source and hire top-tier talent across creative tech and admin functions
Create job descriptions scorecards and structured interview processes
Execute hiring through job boards social channels and proactive outreach
HR Operations & People Management
Oversee onboarding contracts policies and HR documentation
Set up and manage attendance leave and performance tracking tools
Drive employee engagement retention strategies and conflict resolution
Align HR practices with UAE business culture and operational standards
Systems & Tools (Tech-Driven HR)
Configure and manage Zoho Recruit Zoho People and ATS systems
Integrate skill testing tools like iMocha TestGorilla or HackerRank
Coordinate with creative and tech teams for smooth cross-department collaboration
Growth & Expansion
Prepare HR infrastructure to support future relocation to Dubai
Report directly to the CEO with insights metrics and growth strategy
Help scale the company with integrity performance and loyalty
To ensure high standards in our hiring process we follow a structured 3-stage evaluation flow:
Stage 1: Role-specific iMocha skill assessment (approx. 60 minutes)
Stage 2: Interview with experienced recruiter to evaluate HR/ATS depth
Stage 3: Final leadership alignment interview with the CEO
Candidates selected for each stage will be notified promptly. The full process typically takes 7 10 days.

Minimum 5 7 years of proven experience in recruitment talent acquisition and HR operations
Demonstrated success in building or scaling teams in fast-paced performance-driven environments
Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools (Zoho Recruit Zoho People BambooHR etc.)
Familiarity with technical assessments platforms (iMocha HackerRank TestGorilla)
Excellent communication skills (English fluency required written and spoken)
Strong organizational leadership and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Availability to work full-time in-office (Lahore)
Willingness to align with UAE and U.S. time zones when required for coordination
