About the Role
We are building a high-performing tech team to power our property technology platforms and internal systems for real estate creative media and consulting operations in the US and UAE. You ll be part of a core engineering team helping to develop new applications and automation systems using the MERN stack.
Key Responsibilities
Build test and maintain REST APIs using and MongoDB
Optimize backend services for performance reliability and scalability
Collaborate with frontend QA DevOps and product teams
Follow clean code practices write reusable modules
Integrate third-party APIs and internal tools
Manage Git workflows and document your development
Hiring Process
To maintain high hiring standards we follow a 4-stage evaluation process:
Stage 1: iMocha MERN Stack Developer Test (MCQ & LogicBox)
Stage 2: HackerRank Coding Challenge
Stage 3: Take-home coding task (simple backend API project)
Stage 4: Technical Interview CEO Interview
Candidates selected for each stage will be notified quickly. The Total process takes approx. 7 10 days.
