Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers across North America
- Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their current payment processing needs and challenges
- Perform live transfers to senior sales representatives for qualified opportunities
- Schedule follow-up appointments when immediate transfers aren t possible
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective cold calling techniques
- Track all prospect interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily calling targets and conversion metrics
- Research and generate new leads using provided tools and resources
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximum conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven track record in telemarketing cold calling or B2B sales
- Outstanding English communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Ability to work full-time during North American business hours (EST)
- Strong qualification and consultative selling abilities
- Experience with modern phone dialer systems and CRM platforms
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in commission-based roles
- Resilient personality with the ability to handle objections professionally
- Basic understanding of payment processing or financial services (preferred)
