Experienced Leader: 8 years of progressive sales experience with sector-specific expertise and proven managerial experience in related fields.

Educational Background: HND/BSc with relevant certification in business management marketing or related field (Postgraduate qualification preferred).

Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas with strong focus on revenue and profitability management.

People Manager: Exceptional team leadership skills with ability to motivate staff influence outcomes and drive performance across multiple locations.

Strategic Thinker: Superior planning and organization skills with strong analytical capabilities and pragmatic problem-solving approach.

Customer-Focused: Exceptional customer service skills with high emotional intelligence and effective objection handling capabilities.

Industry Expert: Deep product and technical knowledge with comprehensive understanding of market dynamics competitive landscape and business development strategies.

Location Requirement: Must be a resident of Eastern or South-South Nigeria with strong local market knowledge and established presence in the region.

Distribution Network: Strong distributor networks with ideally multiple distribution channels and proven ability to leverage existing relationships for rapid market penetration.
