What You ll Do:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and conduct variance analysis to identify performance trends.
Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Support annual budget preparation and periodic forecasts.
Develop financial models for scenario planning.
Process Optimization
Improve reporting efficiency through automation and best practices.
Ensure compliance with internal controls.
Financial Integrity
Review balance sheets reconciliations and tax compliance.
Mitigate financial reporting risks.
Revenue Recognition
Verify sales accruals and support month-end closing.
Resolve complex accounting issues.
Stakeholder Management
Present financial results clearly to senior leadership.
Consolidate cross-functional reports (customer project commissions).
Requirements
What You Need:
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
3 years in management accounting audits or controls.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/UK-GAAP; advanced Excel & BI tools (Power Query/Pivot preferred).
Detail-oriented analytical and able to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English.
