Job Description
Design develop and implement automation systems for manufacturing and production lines.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens Allen Bradley Mitsubishi etc.) and SCADA systems.
Integrate sensors actuators and control systems for automated machinery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Electrical Mechanical Software) for project execution.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Test and validate system performance troubleshoot faults and implement improvements.
Maintain technical documentation wiring diagrams and system operation manuals.
Train maintenance and operations teams on automated system use and troubleshooting.
Analyze production processes and suggest improvements through automation.
Support commissioning and startup activities at the site or customer premises.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Diploma in Electrical Electronics Mechatronics Instrumentation or related field.
Certification in Automation or PLC Programming (preferred).
Skills Required:
Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens Allen Bradley etc.).
Hands-on experience with SCADA HMI and industrial networks (Modbus Profibus Ethernet/IP).
Knowledge of robotics motion control and sensor integration.
Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and control schematics.
Familiarity with industrial safety standards and risk assessments.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
