Requirements
Responsibilities:
Engage with existing German-speaking clients via phone and email
Build strong client relationships to increase retention and trading activity
Provide market updates and promote company offerings
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and professionalism
Work closely with sales and customer support teams
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in Forex retention or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented proactive and self-motivated
Must be located in Cyprus applications from outside Cyprus will not be considered
