Les responsabilit s sont:
Administration de la plateforme
- Assurer la surveillance la performance et la stabilit de la plateforme ServiceNow utilis e par plus de 17 000 utilisateurs;
- G rer les r les groupes et permissions selon les politiques de contr le d acc s;
- Effectuer des audits des routines de nettoyage et garantir la conformit en mati re de licences et de s curit ;
- Superviser les mises jour correctifs et tests de r gression;
- Maintenir la documentation technique et coordonner les d ploiements et configurations.
Configuration et d veloppement
- Configurer et am liorer les modules cl s : Catalogue de services Incidents Changements Probl mes Connaissances et CMDB;
- Cr er des tableaux de bord et des visualisations avec Performance Analytics;
- D velopper des automatisations via Flow Designer scripts r gles m tier politiques d interface utilisateur etc.
- Maintenir des int grations via les API REST/SOAP Integration Hub et serveur MID
- Collaborer avec des quipes pluridisciplinaires pour traduire les besoins en solutions volutives
M3C is in search of a ServiceNow Platform Administrator - Developer (ID660). Its a 12-month mandate (with the option to renew). The work is almost entirely done remotely with occasional travel to different sites. The client is in the mining industry.
Platform Administration
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of a global ServiceNow platform used by more than 17K users;
- Administer user roles groups and permissions in line with access policies;
- Conduct audits data cleanups and ensure licensing and security compliance;
- Manage platform upgrades patching and regression testing;
- Maintain documentation and coordinate update sets deployments and configurations.
Configuration and Development
- Configure core modules including Service Catalog Incident Change Problem Knowledge and CMDB;
- Build dashboards and Performance Analytics visualizations for service insights;
- Design and deploy platform enhancements using Flow Designer scripting and UI policies;
- Develop and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs Integration Hub and MID Server;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Requirements
Les exigences requises sont:
- 5 ans dexp rience dans l administration et le d veloppement sur la plateforme ServiceNow;
- Certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) requise;
- Tr s bonne connaissance des processus ITSM et des modules de base ServiceNow;
- Ma trise de Flow Designer Workflow Studio et des bonnes pratiques en mati re de scripting;
- Solides comp tences analytiques sens de l organisation et capacit travailler de mani re autonome dans un contexte international;
- Bilinguisme fran ais/anglais requis.
