What We re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (per BACB standards)
- Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience (required)
- Strong leadership time management and observational skills

What You ll Do
As a Senior BCBA you ll combine client-facing work with clinical mentorship and operational leadership responsibilities:
Clinical Supervision & Quality
- Provide parent training and lead care coordination with families
- Monitor and manage billable utilization for yourself and supervisees
- Deliver direct therapy and ensure high-quality supervision practices
- Review session notes and client data for accuracy and clinical integrity
- Ensure timely completion of assessments documentation and training tasks
Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise BCBAs RBTs and ABA graduate students
- Provide fieldwork supervision per BACB standards
- Lead internal trainings and mentor new staff
- Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with behavior technician teams
- Collaborate with regional and cross-clinic teams to uphold service standards
Process & Program Development
- Contribute to the design and evaluation of clinic procedures policies and materials
- Create and implement training programs using evidence-based strategies
- Participate in quality assurance team meetings and clinic-wide initiatives

Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of BCBA experience (required); leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred
- Clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis particularly in working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Supervisory skills with the ability to lead and mentor BCBAs RBTs and graduate-level trainees
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making treatment plan development and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication skills verbal written and interpersonal with a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize clinical quality while meeting productivity goals
- Technological proficiency including experience with electronic health records (EHR) and ABA software platforms (e.g. CentralReach Rethink or similar)
- Commitment to ethical practice confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Cultural competence and the ability to provide inclusive family-centered care
Proof of high school diploma or transcripts. A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record and your own reliable vehicle. Must be able to react quickly and respond to sudden movements of the client Must be able to walk and stand 75% of the work day Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, crawl and sit on the floor throughout the work day or for an extended period of time. Must be able to quickly move short distances (up to 100 ft) to engage with the client. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Willingness to commute to and from client homes and or clinics within 30 mins in each direction to provide services
