About the Role
We re seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Durham team. This is a key leadership position that combines clinical oversight with team development and strategic vision. You ll guide and support a talented group of BCBAs and RBTs foster a culture of clinical integrity and collaboration and ensure every child receives care that s individualized ethical and effective.
What Youll Do
- Oversee all clinical functions at the Durham clinic ensuring high-quality consistent ABA services
- Create review and refine treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices
- Provide ongoing supervision coaching and support to BCBAs and RBTs
- Evaluate client progress through data review and modify interventions as needed
- Build strong relationships with families to align therapy with home and life goals
- Ensure adherence to BACB ethics HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with leadership on clinic initiatives and contribute to company-wide goals
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
- Active LBA license in North Carolina (or eligibility)
- Master s degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
- Minimum 5 years of ABA experience with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead clinical teams with empathy vision and professionalism
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to individualized ethical care
- Excellent communication time management and organizational skills

Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Active LBA license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education Special Education or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of ABA experience including at least 1 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach mentor and inspire a clinical team
Demonstrated experience overseeing treatment planning clinical quality assurance and data-driven decision making
Proven ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure individualized care
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clinical integrity
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) and ABA platforms (e.g. CentralReach Rethink or similar systems)
Commitment to ethical practice client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
A passion for fostering professional development promoting a positive team culture and advancing clinical excellence
Proof of high school diploma or transcripts. A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record and your own reliable vehicle. Must be able to react quickly and respond to sudden movements of the client Must be able to walk and stand 75% of the work day Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, crawl and sit on the floor throughout the work day or for an extended period of time. Must be able to quickly move short distances (up to 100 ft) to engage with the client. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Willingness to commute to and from client homes and or clinics within 30 mins in each direction to provide services
