The role
Working closely with the Director of Offline Marketing & Director of Digital Marketing the Media Campaign Manager will align on all aspects of the co-branded campaign process from brief through to implementation. You will be the central interface between our partner brands media agency and internal teams such as vendor management co-marketing creative and online marketing.
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in media planning and buying across multiple channels either at a media agency or client side ideally within an in-house retail media team. You will be comfortable with all aspects of the planning process including briefing media and creative agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and campaign management:
- Work closely with our partners devising co-branded media strategies which deliver against both our objectives.
- Co-ordinate media and creative briefs with partner brands.
- Lead media briefing meetings with our partner brands and media agency.
- Co- ordinate strategic response to brief with our media agency and in-house digital team.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with our media agency to deliver quality media plans which deliver strong ROI against agreed targets and budgets.
- Define processes and workflows relating to co-branded campaigns.
- Work with internal and external teams to develop best practice across all elements of co-branded activity from audience definition through to measurement.
Collaboration:
- Build and manage strong working relationships with our external media agency and partner brands.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within the marketing department to ensure seamless co-ordination and execution of campaigns.
- Manage campaign briefing with media agency partners and creative to ensure media and creative goals are aligned.
- Foster collaboration across different business areas to achieve strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders including team members other department heads and external partners.
- Act as a liaison between co-marketing vendor management creative and online marketing providing regular updates on campaign strategy and media plans.
Communication and reporting:
- Own reporting of co-branded media plans measurement and optimisation to Director of Offline Marketing on a regular basis.
- Manage PCA (post campaign analysis) process identifying actionable insights to inform future campaign strategy.
Qualifications :
- Experience planning and managing multi-million ATL campaigns across multiple markets
- Experience of planning co-branded campaigns is preferred but not essential
- Expertise across both traditional and digital media channels
- Knowledge of different media landscapes
- Experience driving direction and alignment across cross-functional teams
- Experience working with media agencies
- Experience working with internal and/or external creative agencies
- Understanding of different measurement frameworks such as MMM incrementality testing causal impact analysis A/B testing
- Fluent in English German a plus international mindset
