Job Description
The Opportunity
Were looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our global IT team. This is an ideal role for someone with around 12 months of IT experience whos ready to take the next step in their career. Based in our Austin office on a hybrid basis youll be the first point of contact for IT support across the organizationresolving technical issues installing business applications and contributing to the success of our global operations.
What Youll Do
- Provide friendly efficient first-line IT support for internal users
- Log and manage incidents and requests ensuring SLAs are met
- Install and support desktop applications and hardware
- Help improve IT processes and documentation
- Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and best practices
- Support key technologies including Microsoft 365 Windows 10/11 and Azure AD
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- Around 1 year of IT support or service desk experience
- A strong customer-service mindset and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A positive attitude team spirit and desire to grow
