Job Description

  • Coordinate implement and manage compensation programs aligned with regional market trends and company goals
  • Conduct job evaluations salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Conduct annual compensation review cycles including merit increases bonuses and promotions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide compensation guidance and insights

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in compensation or total rewards preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Good knowledge of compensation practices and labor regulations in the US and Mexico
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
