The Global Deal Management team (GDM) in the Amazon MGM Studios Distribution (AMSD) group is looking for a detail-oriented highly motivated and creative Contract Administration Manager with experience in International Digital Transactional Distribution as well as Contract Rights and Window Management. This role will work with AMSD Partner Engagement and Licensing teams across the digital transactional business to manage deliver and communicate all aspects of strategic initiatives operations and deal management for PVOD PEST TVOD and EST< including output deals. This position will work cross-functionally across a broad range of stakeholders: Sales Accounting Delivery and Legal working to ensure compliance and administrative controls.
Successful candidates bring a broad range of knowledge to the position from keen analytical abilities to critical thinking delivering results in a timely fashion while influencing the team to streamline and optimize business processes. They will work with management to identify develop and execute strategic operational initiatives via a flexible repeatable and scalable process to support the evolving digital transactional business and coordinate with the worldwide PVOD PEST/TVOD/EST team on all aspects of sales operations windowing and licenses for Current Title Releases Output deals and library sales. ideal candidate will have a background in window management at a studio or similar and proficient in contract rights management systems.
Key job responsibilities
Manage contract administration of digital transactional deal management
oValidate and process content clearances; including collision check and risk assessment
oContract rights management data entry and deal proofing
Ensure compliance and manage end-to-end deal processes from pre-clearance to contract execution
Analyze and resolve deal blockers
Work independently and proactively escalating blockers to leadership
Management of all global deals and territories
5 years of global content distribution experience in digital media
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Proficiency in internal and external systems databases
Advanced Excel MicroStrategy Salesforce Rightsline Airtable
Ability to quickly master proprietary databases and applications
Motivated and proactive problem solver; team player with a positive attitude
Clear and concise communicator with superior written verbal and presentation skills
Excellent time management planning and organizational skills and detail oriented
Self-directed prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Manage cross-functional projects to drive initiatives to completion

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $74200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $158800/year in our highest geographic market.
