Job Description

Inside Sales Manager Account Management

 

JOB SUMMARY:


In conjunction with assigned Field Sales region drive sales through assigned accounts to meet / exceed assigned sales goals.  Position is intended as a developmental opportunity for progression to Inside Sales and Field Sales.

 

BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Account Ownership Responsible to drive sales and profitability for assigned regional accounts 
  • Selling - Support revenue attainment for assigned field sales team through driving promotions and increasing average unit price
  • Cross-Sell - Maximize cross-sell activities and customer share of spend
  • Opportunity Management - Create manage and close assigned sales opportunities.
  • Territory Management - Develops and maintains positive relationships to support wholesale contractor non-single family and builder market activity with Territory Managers Strategic Account Managers and Business Development Managers
  • Support regional specific priorities as assigned by the Regional Manager and Inside Sales Manager and reflected in annual business plan (Account Management Builder Prospecting Promotion Support)
  • Provide administrative and technical support to field sales
  • Coordinate Fulfillment - Identify projects that require supply chain forecasting
  • Proficiently leverages Moen systems (SAP CRM CJQ QlikView) and Microsoft Office Suite

 

     


    Qualifications :

     

    • Bachelors degree is highly desired.
    • Listening skills communication skills energy enthusiasm and endurance
    • Minimum of 1 years of prior sales experience is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
    • Possess good listening and communication skills as well as energy enthusiasm and endurance.
    • Ability to travel for meetings up to 10%.
    • Hunger for driving sales in a competitive environment
    • Willingness to career progress and relocate for field sales opportunity within 3-year

    Additional Information :

    Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80000 USD - $126500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
