You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Department of Psychiatry provides a broad range of mental health services for all ages from children and youth to adults and seniors in outpatient clinics and inpatient services. We have extensive mental health services including our stellar brain interventional clinic providing rRMS ECT and Eskatamine therapies. We also have a comprehensive day program which utilizes the Stepped Care Model. We have one of the largest psychosis programs in Canada involving state-of-the-art clozapine and LAI clinics and a dedicated inpatient program for psychosis. Our programs are well supported by a team of nurse practitioners social workers crisis workers and councillors. Our hospitals are situated in a multicultural setting with a highly diverse population and there is ample opportunity to experience a wide array of clinical experience and transcultural psychiatry. With Osler being the primary clinical site for the newly established Toronto Metropolitan Universitys School of Medicine successful applicants will have the opportunity to contribute to a brand-new residency program train medical learners and also advance themselves in academic psychiatry.

Osler is the primary academic teaching centre for Toronto Metropolitan Universitys medical learners. Physicians are expected to apply for an academic appointment with the faculty of medicine at the university.
