Job Description
KordaMentha is working with governments not-for-profits and the private sector on a range of their most complex commercial and financial challenges. This includes in transport infrastructure energy international development water and utilities the environment housing and real estate defence and national security health and education.
In response to sustained growth we seek mid-career consultants who are interested in providing strategic commercial and financial advice in an agile and client focused environment.

As a Manager youll play a key role in a growing team working with clients and engagements teams to deliver complex projects and supporting business development activities.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will bring:
4-6 years of financial commercial or restructuring consulting experience
A bachelors degree in commerce finance economics accounting business engineering international business sustainability or a related discipline
The capability to build and review financial models and lead financial analysis
Direct experience using qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve problems and inform decision-making
Executive-level oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience managing teams and engagements
Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders
As this role requires security clearance you must be an Australian Citizen
You should be willing to contribute to the business development activities of the practice and in time to develop your own fields of specialisation and network of professional contacts. You thrive on a challenge display excellent communication and negotiation skills and are motivated to deliver the highest standards of client service.
