A Day in the Life of an RN Float Multispecialty

This role delivers direct nursing care across a variety of specialty clinics supporting services like Urology OB/GYN and Neurology. As a float RN youll assist providers with exams and procedures manage triage and guide patients through care plans. Youll often move between clinics based on daily staffing needs and patient volumes requiring a high level of flexibility. Collaboration is keyyoull coordinate with physicians specialty teams and community partners to ensure seamless patient care. While the pace is fast and priorities can shift quickly your ability to stay organized and proactive will be essential.

Education and Experience

Required

• Current Minnesota RN license
• BLS certification

Preferred

• ACLS certification
• One year of RN experience clinic experience a plus
